Procurement & Facility Manager – Site Operations

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Procurement & Facility Manager to lead non‑inventory procurement and facilities services at a fulfillment center. You will act as the bridge between Global Procurement and site leadership, ensuring smooth operations in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coach a team responsible for receiving materials, packaging, and other site supplies.
• Serve as the procurement subject‑matter expert, providing strategic guidance and operational excellence.
• Control inventory and packaging material forecasting.
• Lead local vendor negotiations, relationship management, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process for the site.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting and financial reporting.
• Manage facilities services contracts (janitorial, utilities, etc.) and ensure SLA compliance through KPI monitoring.
• Conduct regular vendor performance audits and reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in supplier or vendor relationship management.
• Proven experience in supply chain or procurement environments.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and reporting.
