Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the end‑to‑end sourcing of operational supplies, equipment, uniforms, delivery bags, marketing materials and services for a rapidly expanding food‑delivery platform. Reporting to the Strategy Operations team, you will collaborate with Operations, Finance and Legal to secure cost‑effective, high‑quality and compliant supplies that enable new city launches and scaling of operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from request to purchase order, ensuring optimal balance of cost, quality and lead time.
• Lead sourcing activities including RFQs, contract negotiations, supplier onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Develop and diversify the vendor base to minimise supply risk and support business growth.
• Analyse budgets, market trends and spend data to identify savings and anticipate pricing risks.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee timely delivery of materials for expansion projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of contract management, procurement policies and compliance.
• Financial acumen with experience in cost analysis and budgeting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to work on‑site in São Paulo.
