Procurement Operations Specialist (AMS)

About the role

The Procurement Operations Specialist will support the Procurement Team in delivering fast quotes, managing purchase‑to‑pay (P2P) processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive efficiency and performance across the procurement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide rapid quotations and order services for internal stakeholders within assigned categories, following tactical sourcing strategies.
• Execute end‑to‑end procurement processes, focusing on P2P activities such as competitive bidding, contract negotiation, invoice processing, and payments.
• Support service‑center leadership in process‑improvement initiatives to increase procurement efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance against defined metrics.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Identify, track, and resolve day‑to‑day P2P issues while proposing process enhancements.
• Manage regional procurement metrics, perform data analysis, and produce summarized reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an indirect buyer.
• Strong understanding of procurement fundamentals, P2P processes, and related systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
