Product Manager – Order Management System (OMS)

About the role

The company is seeking a Product Manager – Especialista I to lead the evolution of its Order Management System (OMS). You will work at the intersection of business, technology and operations, turning complex operational challenges into scalable digital solutions that support millions of transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the OMS product strategy, translating business problems into technical solutions.
• Lead problem discovery by engaging with business areas and end‑users to ensure the right challenges are addressed.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to run product discovery, validate hypotheses and test solutions before scaling.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation to rollout—organising backlog items into incremental, high‑value deliveries.
• Use data, metrics and user‑behavior insights to prioritize work and foster an evidence‑based product culture.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment across stakeholders, reporting progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to manage dependencies within a large, multi‑brand ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager for digital products, covering discovery and delivery in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and align stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and product metrics for decision‑making.
• Hands‑on execution style, taking ownership to unblock issues and ensure delivery quality.
• Adaptability and resilience in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Desirable experience in retail, S&OP, logistics or B2B supply‑chain contexts.
