Upstart AEC is looking for a highly skilled Production Architect / Architectural Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing, design-oriented firm. This full-time, 100% remote position is designed for a technical expert who thrives in high-quality architectural production and modeling, specifically within the commercial and hospitality sectors.

Your role is pivotal: by managing technical execution and complex documentation, you empower our senior designers to focus on creativity and client relations, ensuring seamless project delivery from concept to construction.

Missions principales

• Develop and recreate existing plans into highly accurate and detailed Revit models.
• Produce and update comprehensive construction documentation sets based on established models and precedents.
• Adapt site layouts for repeatable project types, such as rapid restaurant deployments.
• Apply finishes, materials, and design standards in strict accordance with project models.
• Support "cookie-cutter" design replication across multiple sites while maintaining absolute consistency and quality.
• Assist in regenerative modeling tasks and documentation updates.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure technical alignment with project requirements.
• Evolve towards end-to-end project design support as expertise and trust grow within the firm.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in architectural production and technical documentation.
• Exceptional ability to interpret and accurately recreate existing architectural plans.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding repetitive implementations and brand consistency.
• Highly autonomous professional capable of integrating seamlessly into a remote team environment.
• Solid understanding of architectural workflows, particularly for commercial and hospitality projects.

Competences requises

• Advanced mastery of Revit (essential).
• Expertise in producing construction document sets.
• Proficiency in architectural modeling and technical detailing.
