Production Coordinator

About the role

The Production Coordinator leads a multidisciplinary team of supervisors, technicians, specialists and operators, applying the company’s management philosophy to foster people development and operational excellence. The role ensures seamless alignment between operations, planning, and support functions such as maintenance, procurement, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Create and sustain a proactive, safety‑first operational environment while eliminating risks.
• Act as a cultural guardian, promoting the company’s philosophy and encouraging employee self‑realization.
• Lead transformation of work practices, challenge the status quo, and introduce new ways of working.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and the quality management system.
• Develop and evaluate proposals to improve processes, equipment, and work methods.
• Gather best practices from internal and external sources to advance KPIs.
• Make data‑driven decisions to improve profitability and operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrial operations management and people development.
• Advanced English proficiency for regular communication with other plants.
• Demonstrated ability to manage KPI‑driven operations (uptime, yield, quality) and deliver measurable improvements.
