Production Operations Manager – Latin America

About the role

Netflix’s Production Solutions team is seeking a Production Operations Manager for Latin America, based in São Paulo. The role will lead regional initiatives, collaborate with content and production teams, and represent the LatAm market in global forums, ensuring that production workflows and tools are effectively integrated and scaled.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Production Operations programs across Latin America, integrating tools, workflows, and knowledge systems such as production manuals and delivery lists.
• Define minimum data requirements (dates, talent, vendor tracking, technical specifications) and ensure consistent capture across productions.
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of initiatives, establishing clear value propositions, milestones, and progress tracking.
• Facilitate adoption of new processes and tools, managing change communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Represent the LatAm region in global Production Solutions forums, sharing insights and best practices.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of film and TV production cycles, from planning through delivery.
• Experience working with production stakeholders and navigating challenges of tool adoption.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can identify workflow improvements and test solutions with real‑world feedback.
• Strong judgment in prioritizing work based on business impact.
• Excellent communicator able to articulate the “why” behind change to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
