Production Operator II – Manufacturing

About the role

Maxion Wheels, a leading global wheel manufacturer, is looking for a Production Operator II to join its Limeira plant. The role involves operating machining equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machining machines according to technical specifications.
• Make corrections and replace inserts as needed.
• Perform visual inspections and dimensional measurements.
• Guarantee process and product quality following the control plan.
• Enter production data into the designated system or forms.
• Supply materials to production lines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, 5S, and TPM standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Required profile

• Complete high school education.
• Professional course in CNC.
• Experience in a production environment; machining experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of machine or CNC operation is desirable.
