About the role
The Program & Project Management Manager is responsible for leading end‑to‑end project initiatives, from initial scoping through implementation and final deployment. This role ensures that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare accurate estimates for resources, timelines, and costs.
- Define project scope and gather detailed requirements.
- Oversee implementation phases and ensure successful deployment.
- Continuously monitor project progress and performance metrics.
- Manage risks and issues proactively.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in end‑to‑end project management.
- Strong ability to create accurate project estimates and plans.
- Excellent monitoring and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
