About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Director / PMO to lead the delivery of complex programs for a multinational service organization. The role focuses on end‑to‑end project management, from business case development to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the activities of project and program teams to achieve defined objectives.
- Develop and maintain business cases, schedules, scopes, and cost estimates.
- Implement and monitor program tracking and reporting tools.
- Ensure project execution follows industry best practices and maintains data integrity across portfolios.
- Lead New Product Development, New Product Introduction, Life‑Cycle Management, Quality and Compliance initiatives.
- Proactively manage risks, critical paths, and resource allocation.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in multifunctional project or program management.
- At least 5 years of experience specifically in portfolio or project management.
- University degree and an MBA.
- Fluency in English.
