Project Manager – Automotive Programs

About the role

Autoliv is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead cross‑functional automotive programs from planning through launch. The role serves as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to meet milestones and launch targets.
• Act as the main liaison for customers and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with business and customer objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience managing projects in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong organizational, communication and influencing abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or similar.
• PMP certification is a plus.
