Project Manager - Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead engineering projects for our Oil & Gas clients. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, legal and commercial terms, and create work breakdown structures.
• Estimate resources, develop master schedules, and acquire project teams.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintain regular communication with the team and customers.
• Identify, monitor, and control project risks, schedule, and budget.
• Manage invoicing, cash flow, and change orders.
• Approve final deliverables and close contracts.
• Document lessons learned and identify additional sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, engineering, consulting or industrial sectors.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, hybrid environment (3 days onsite in Vargem Pequena).
