Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager who thrives on turning structure into results. You will sit at the crossroads of strategy and daily execution, ensuring processes run smoothly, remain compliant, and continuously improve.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards are adhered to across teams and flag deviations.
• Monitor daily business metrics, identify trends, and produce clear reports for team and leadership.
• Validate that on‑ground activities align with plans and raise concerns when they do not.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and propose actionable fixes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement changes and verify their sustainability.
• Prepare and present regular updates on compliance, quality, and performance.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and analytical tasks as business priorities evolve.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, operations, process improvement, or business analysis.
• Strong data orientation – able to extract, organize, and narrate data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
