Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Agile delivery of data, analytics, and software solutions across Brazil, Chile and Colombia. The role focuses on coordinating globally distributed teams, ensuring compliance with regulated environments, and driving successful product releases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery for data and technology teams using Scrum, Kanban and hybrid frameworks.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, product backlogs, and release schedules.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting and delivery governance.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, risk mitigation and decision‑making across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ensure compliance with GxP‑validated systems, controlled SDLC processes and change‑control requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, validation evidence, release approvals and production support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in project management, IT, data analytics, life sciences or engineering.
• Proven experience leading Agile delivery for data, analytics or software products.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple delivery frameworks and ability to adapt methods to team maturity and business priorities.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder‑management and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed, remote development teams across time zones.
