Project Manager Pleno (Mid‑Level)

About the role

You will join a global technology and consulting firm delivering complex digital transformation projects focused on data, analytics and AI. The role is remote‑first and based in Brazil, overseeing end‑to‑end delivery from initiation to production go‑live and operational transition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, go‑live and transition to Business‑as‑Usual.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, timelines and dependencies, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and inter‑dependencies throughout execution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Facilitate decision‑making, escalation paths and resolution of blockers in a structured manner.
• Produce status reports, dashboards, RAID logs and executive‑level summaries.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technology initiatives, preferably in AI, analytics or data‑driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe (PI Planning required).
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management and reporting.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments and modern technology platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business insights.
