Project Manager – Salesforce Service Cloud Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud for a global client, replacing the current local tool. The role will coordinate requirements gathering, migration planning and approvals across multiple global teams, working largely independently.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the discovery process and validate requirements with business teams.
• Obtain approvals from Enterprise Architecture, Legal and Data Privacy.
• Coordinate documentation and communication in English with global teams in Mexico and India.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery activities and align project execution with executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, including global teams and external vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and align with executive teams.

Required skills

• Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience (nice to have).
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) (nice to have).
