Project Manager – Separation Technologies

About the role

Alfa Laval is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects for its Separation Technologies portfolio, including disc‑stack centrifuges, decanters and membrane systems. The position is based in São Paulo and serves Food, Beverage, Biofuel and Pharma customers across Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers during execution, ensuring contract fulfillment and a superior experience.
• Design, communicate and implement operational plans that meet all technical and commercial requirements.
• Monitor progress, control budgets and optimise margins to guarantee project profitability.
• Proactively resolve operational issues, mitigate risks and minimise delays.
• Identify, develop and coordinate internal resources and external contractors.
• Supervise on‑site activities, including commissioning and start‑up with service engineers.
• Provide post‑delivery troubleshooting and technical support throughout the warranty period.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated professional with strong technical execution expertise and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in international, cross‑cultural environments.
• Result‑oriented, resilient and able to prioritise under pressure while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Project management, including budget and cost control.
