Project Manager – Software Development (Remote – Brazil)

About the role

This remote Project Manager position is based in Brazil and focuses on leading software development projects for international, primarily US‑based, clients. You will act as the main bridge between clients and technical teams, translating business goals into clear development plans while shaping product vision and technology decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact across multiple projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end software development initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Translate client needs into structured technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment and quality.
• Conduct risk, gap, and feasibility analyses to anticipate challenges.
• Manage project financials, ensuring profitability and resource optimization.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and strategic discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as scope creep and delivery delays.
• Support business development through scoping, proposals, and client expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software, agency, or consulting environments.
• Proven experience managing client accounts, including US‑based clients.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivery processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
