Proposal & Business Development Specialist

About the role

pubGENIUS is seeking a Proposal & Business Development Specialist to join its sales team. You will use a data‑driven approach to acquire new clients for our React.js, Next.js, and AI projects across DeFi, fintech, and healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate project opportunities on Upwork and other lead sources.
• Review client requirements and craft tailored, high‑quality proposals.
• Write, refine, and optimize proposal content to align with brand voice.
• Manage outreach and maintain professional communication with prospects.
• Track proposal performance, timing, and response rates.
• Analyze proposal data to improve conversion strategies.
• Collaborate with developers to accurately represent technical capabilities.
• Provide regular pipeline reports and insights to management.

Required profile

• Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong English writing skills (B2‑C1 level).
• Experience in client acquisition, outreach, and lead drafting.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data collection and strategy.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client‑friendly language.
• Attention to detail, independent and proactive work style.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional, international teams.
• Genuine interest in technology and digital products.
