Quality Analyst PL

About the role

Harman is seeking a Quality Analyst PL to ensure that components, sub‑components, in‑process items and finished products meet the company’s rigorous quality standards. The role involves systematic testing, reporting, and collaboration with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality analysis on sub‑components, components, in‑process goods and final products, rejecting items that do not meet predefined standards.
• Generate test reports that detail non‑conformities and request corrective actions from relevant departments.
• Develop and refine methods and processes for product certification, assess the need for new equipment, conduct tests, and carry out periodic audits.
• Create and enforce procedures and work instructions for the Quality department.
• Prepare KPI reports, monitor action plans, and follow up on implementation.
• Support production by coordinating the release of standard samples, batches, or processes.
• Analyze returned or field‑failed products and manage equipment calibration for product release.

Required profile

• Completed higher education in quality management, administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a quality‑related role.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
