Quality Assurance Engineer – Portuguese

About the role

Amazon Music is a leading audio entertainment service that connects fans, artists and creators. As a Quality Assurance Engineer focusing on Portuguese, you will join the Internationalization QA Team to ensure the best voice‑enabled music experience for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the Voice and mobile experience ecosystem and develop QA approaches aligned with the overall strategy.
• Design, develop and execute manual and automated test plans.
• Run test cases across all functional areas of the product efficiently.
• Identify, isolate, document, regress and track bugs through resolution.
• Interpret and report testing results, advocating for quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Software Development Engineers to understand technical architecture and feature implementation.
• Ensure high‑quality product delivery while working with a team of quality engineering professionals.
• Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance engineering.
• Experience with both manual and automation testing.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and communicate effectively with technical and business partners.
