Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support high‑growth recruiting operations in a fast‑moving technology environment. Based in Brazil and working remotely, you will ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams across multiple locations and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, involving candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring journey with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and reliable recruiting data.
• Track recruiting metrics and support reporting on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and operational performance.
• Assist with candidate sourcing initiatives, outbound recruiting campaigns, offer coordination, and pre‑onboarding activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent programs, and recruiting projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable collaborating with distributed teams.
