Regional Field Trainer – LAC (Remote)

About the role

The Regional Field Trainer for the LAC region will lead and facilitate restaurant operations training for Burger King franchise partners. Working remotely, you will partner with Learning & Development, Operations and business leaders to close performance gaps, boost team capability and drive key training initiatives across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with L&D, Operations and business leaders to define learning objectives.
• Design and deliver in‑person and virtual workshops for franchisees.
• Analyze regional data on course completions, assessment scores, certification rates and learner engagement.
• Implement training programs and offline content with franchise organizations.
• Translate business goals into measurable metrics and report them to stakeholders.
• Prepare, interpret and present reporting data from LMS, GXI and performance platforms.
• Coach franchisees on training performance using data‑driven insights.
• Identify training market gaps, propose remediation strategies and schedule alerts for critical issues.
• Use OPI tools to generate actionable insights and tailor updates for each market.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with L&D, Operations or similar cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret training and performance data.
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating workshops and presenting findings.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
