Regional Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Financial Controller to lead finance operations across Latin America. The role will ensure tax compliance, control expenses, and act as the primary financial liaison with the Group headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance in multiple countries, develop regional tax strategies, and manage a three‑year tax health audit plan.
• Implement and maintain a refined expense monitoring system, approve regional expenses, and create early‑warning mechanisms for cost fluctuations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, conduct monthly/quarterly/annual analyses, and coordinate external audits.
• Communicate headquarters’ financial policies, report regional performance, and resolve financial issues between the region and HQ.

Required profile

• Fluent English for business communication; basic Spanish preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Ability to work long‑term overseas and adapt to Latin American cultures.
• Stable family support system and willingness to relocate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
• Solid experience in tax planning and risk management.
