Regional LATAM Informatics Delivery Manager

About the role

Lead Clinical Informatics service delivery across Latin America, improving customer experience, operational performance, and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Informatics service delivery across Latin America, including team performance, customer escalations, and partner delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders throughout the region.
• Improve business performance through accurate revenue forecasting, clear governance, and performance tracking.
• Lead and develop a diverse, multicultural team, fostering a culture of accountability, trust, and collaboration.
• Expand delivery capabilities by developing partners and enhancing service processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading service delivery or operations across multiple countries.
• Strong people‑leadership, revenue forecasting, performance management, partner development, and continuous‑improvement skills.
• Customer‑success mindset with experience handling complex escalations.
• Fluent English and excellent communication, decision‑making, and leadership abilities.
• Background in IT, healthcare, banking, or other regulated industries; knowledge of Clinical Informatics and Lean is a plus.
