Regional Materials Support & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Regional Materials Support & Logistics Coordinator will act as a trusted liaison between Airbus, its customers and internal teams across the region. The role focuses on optimizing order intake, margins and delivery performance throughout the product and service lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of assigned accounts and maintain regular, trust‑based contact with customers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and deliver optimized financial results.
• Lead account planning, strategic reviews and forecasting for all Airbus activities linked to the account.
• Manage contract renewal processes, market positioning and payment monitoring.
• Promote customer loyalty and act as an internal ambassador for customer needs.
• Improve logistics control tools and platforms together with Customer Center heads.
• Define a multi‑year improvement roadmap aligned with regional logistics leadership.
• Escalate and follow up on major customer dissatisfaction points within the logistics scope.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability for data interpretation and strategic decision‑making.
• Proven negotiation and conflict‑management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics processes and customer‑supplier dynamics.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed, international environments.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory); French or Spanish is a plus.
