Regional Sales Manager – Training Services (Americas)

About the role

This position leads the Marketing and Sales plan for CAE Training Services in the Commercial Aviation sector across an assigned territory in the Americas. You will drive revenue growth, manage accounts and apply a solution‑selling approach using CAE’s full portfolio of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide territory leadership to achieve revenue, yield, retention and growth targets.
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure alignment with operations.
• Leverage CAE’s full suite of products and services in a solution‑selling approach.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to shape sales strategy.
• Lead weekly and monthly sales reporting and support revenue execution.
• Manage forecasting, order intake and strategic planning for the territory.
• Conduct account management, support operations and identify business development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regional pricing, approvals and customer documentation.
• Achieve targets through account retention, wallet‑share growth and new business generation.
• Develop and execute account strategies and address client feedback.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and use Salesforce CRM for pipeline management.
• Analyze wins and losses to improve performance and attend industry events.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Experience managing customer accounts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
• Preferred: experience in Commercial Aviation or training services.
• Preferred: solution‑based or consultative selling experience.
• Preferred: experience in a global or matrixed organization.
• Languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish.
