Remote Project Manager – Client Implementations

About the role

SupportYourApp is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead client implementations from kickoff through adoption. You will work closely with international clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of our Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects and coordinate delivery between clients and internal teams.
• Gather business, functional and technical requirements and work with the Integrations department to execute them.
• Facilitate workshops, guide clients on transformation and operational best practices.
• Partner with clients to develop strategies that drive long‑term adoption and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular communication.
• Monitor client activity to keep projects on track and meet objectives.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and help clients maximize platform value.
• Deliver occasional training sessions and support key users in adopting the solution.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication (C1) – both spoken and written.
• 3+ years of project management experience in software, implementation or consulting environments.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptability to work in an international, fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for problem‑solving.
• Quick learner of new concepts, technologies and business processes.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships with clients and cross‑functional teams.
