About the role

Join Tim Hortons, a fast‑growing coffee and quick‑service brand expanding across the UK. As a Restaurant Team Member you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, efficient service and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere in a high‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and provide fast, accurate service.
• Prepare and serve bakery items, coffee, and other menu products according to brand standards.
• Handle simple customer enquiries and refer complex issues to a manager.
• Maintain food safety by conducting temperature checks, storing items correctly, and following health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks and keep workstations well‑stocked.
• Adhere to quality, speed, and sanitation standards set by the restaurant.

Required profile

• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with previous customer‑service experience in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic food‑preparation and handling knowledge.
• Understanding of health‑and‑safety and hygiene standards.
