Sales Analyst – Heavy Lifting & Transport Solutions

About the role

The Sales Analyst will support Mammoet’s heavy‑lifting and transport business by providing commercial and administrative assistance across the sales cycle. Working primarily remotely from Porto Alegre, you will help manage client portfolios, analyse sales data and prepare technical and commercial proposals to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market trends and support commercial strategies.
• Manage existing client portfolio and prospect new customers.
• Develop sales plans, budgets and technical/commercial proposals.
• Perform sales analysis and monitor performance indicators.
• Provide after‑sales support and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain and update CRM records and generate decision‑support reports.
• Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Organise commercial documentation, including contracts and proposals.
• Administer internal sales processes and follow‑ups.
• Prepare materials for meetings and client presentations and liaise with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Naval or Production Engineering.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in commercial or project environments.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic setting.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with CAD/DWG.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with CRM systems.
