Sales Development Manager – Go‑to‑Market

About the role
PepsiCo is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead the Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategy for its DTS channel. The role will drive efficiency improvements, support proof‑of‑concept initiatives and ensure alignment with the company’s values and code of conduct.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and continuously refine the GTM strategy for the DTS channel.
- Support efficiency‑improvement projects aimed at reducing CTS.
- Lead proof‑of‑concept efforts for GTM evolution in PBF.
- Design and implement multi‑year GTM plans, evaluating population, sales, routes and distances.
- Redesign DTS routes for higher efficiency and assess economic benefits of route migrations.
- Integrate EGTM, PVV and van‑sales strategies to deliver optimal customer solutions.
- Align project economics with stakeholders and identify high‑potential territories.
- Develop and coach the team following PepsiCo’s Growth and Development Model.
Required profile
- University degree in Marketing, Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management or commercial roles.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable.
