Sales Development Representative – Ads Placements

About the role

Ueni is seeking an ambitious, target‑driven Sales Development Representative to monetize its small‑business network by securing brand partnerships and advertising placements across a high‑traffic digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and secure advertising sponsors.
• Present and pitch customized advertising packages across Ueni’s newsletters, platform dashboard, and transactional emails, tailored to sponsor goals.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and outreach to negotiation, contracting, and closing.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue goals, aiming to close at least one deal per month generating a minimum of $5,000.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, media/advertising sales, or business development.
• Exceptional pitching, communication, and negotiation skills with a history of hitting revenue quotas.
• Highly disciplined, self‑motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
