Sales Development Representative

About the role

At UENI we empower small business owners and independent professionals worldwide to build an online presence easily and affordably. We are seeking an ambitious, target‑driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to monetize our extensive small‑business network. The role focuses on securing brand partnerships and advertising placements across our high‑traffic digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and secure advertising sponsors.
• Present and pitch customized advertising packages across UENI’s digital ecosystem (newsletters, platform dashboard, and transactional emails) tailored to sponsor goals.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and outreach to negotiation, contracting, and closing.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue goals by securing strategic advertising partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, media/advertising sales, or business development.
• Exceptional pitching, communication, and negotiation skills with a history of hitting revenue quotas.
• Highly disciplined, comfortable working remotely, and driven by financial success and uncapped targets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for engaging with brand decision‑makers.
