Over de functie

Als Selecionadora de Recrutamento e Seleção ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige wervingsproces binnen ons bedrijf. Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers en zorgt voor een efficiënte en professionele candidate experience. Deze functie is gevestigd in Barueri, São Paulo.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Vacatures publiceren op platforms en sociale netwerken
CV's screenen op basis van functieprofiel
Contact opnemen met kandidaten voor eerste afstemming
Interviews plannen en uitvoeren
Praktische en gedragsmatige tests toepassen en opvolgen
Kandidatenrapporten opstellen
Profiel afstemmen met managers
Het admissieproces begeleiden
Recruitmentcontroles en -indicatoren bijwerken

Gewenst profiel

Woonachtig in Barueri of directe omgeving
Technische opleiding afgerond (Curso Técnico)
Interesse in HR en recruitment
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
