Semi-Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Félix is looking for a Semi‑Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join its fintech engineering team. You will own key projects, help design scalable systems and shape the architecture of the core financial infrastructure that powers an AI‑driven remittance chatbot.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain both frontend and backend services.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help scale payment and financial systems.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required profile

• Mid‑level engineer who has moved beyond junior responsibilities.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Bias for action and ability to work in a fast‑moving, hyper‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Front‑end: React, JavaScript, HTML/DOM, CSS, AJAX, HTTP.
• Back‑end: Python, Flask or FastAPI, REST APIs, gRPC, Redis, SQL.
• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform services such as Firestore, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Artifact Registry, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Composer.
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Terraform, New Relic, PagerDuty.
