Senior Account Executive - B2B Entertainment

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a tenured Senior Account Executive for its B2B unit, Fever for Business, in Sao Paulo. The role builds and scales the unit across LATAM, owning a targeted book of business in the Strategic and Enterprise segments, shaping the local go-to-market approach and driving net new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the relationship with Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients in your territory
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Manage pipeline creation and deal cycles using MEDDIC-style sales methodologies
• Drive new logo growth and a land-and-expand motion for top-tier customers
• Use Fever's ecosystem and your own network to identify and engage ideal prospects
• Map and multi-thread key stakeholders and craft outreach strategies to improve pipeline quality
• Build client relationships that generate recurring revenue and collaborate with Marketing, Partners and Operations
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors through market research
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy and high customer service standards

Required profile

• 5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, media, entertainment, MICE or similar a plus)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work independently and in a team

Required skills

• Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar methodologies is preferred
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with senior stakeholders
