Senior Accountant – Remote Finance-as-a-Service Firm

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our fast‑growing remote Finance‑as‑a‑Service company. You will provide our e‑commerce and service clients with accurate financial information and guidance to support their strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end bookkeeping for multiple subsidiaries across different countries.
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements in line with legal and company standards.
• Oversee junior accountants in journal entry processing, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Execute accurate bank and account reconciliations and maintain up‑to‑date financial data in the accounting platform.
• Review expenses, payroll records and other assigned financial documents.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and support monthly and yearly closing processes.
• Lead additional accounting projects as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or full‑cycle accounting.
• Proven ability to handle multiple clients and deliver high‑quality financial outputs.
• Experience with financial statement closing procedures.
