Senior Analyst, Procurement

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Procurement will lead and execute sourcing strategies for both direct and indirect materials at Whirlpool. This role is responsible for delivering cost targets, managing supplier relationships, and driving value across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a detailed strategic approach for strategic sourcing of direct material.
• Create and execute category sourcing strategy plans.
• Achieve net material cost price targets through negotiations, hedging of raw materials, FX management, pre‑buy/inventory support, and tariff mitigation.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and factory teams to execute sourcing strategies.
• Perform risk management on supply contracts and agreements.
• Lead cost‑takeout initiatives and prioritize new supplier development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering).
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or related business functions.
• Strong cost management capabilities.
• Fluent English.
