Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain

About the role

We are an IFS integrator seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex ERP implementations across supply chain functions such as procurement, inventory, logistics, planning, and distribution. The role combines client-facing leadership with deep functional expertise to drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Analyse current supply‑chain processes, identify optimisation opportunities, and perform gap analyses against ERP capabilities.
• Design and implement supply‑chain modules within IFS or comparable ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Supervise and mentor junior analysts, collaborate with project managers on planning, estimation, and risk mitigation.
• Work closely with development and technical teams to deliver accurate solutions and oversee quality‑assurance testing.
• Conduct user training sessions and produce functional documentation to support adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply‑chain business analysis and ERP implementation.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients and to lead cross‑functional project teams.

Required skills

• IFS ERP (or similar ERP platform) implementation expertise.
