Senior Business Development Manager - Cashless Solutions

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager in Sao Paulo to lead its entry and expansion into cashless solutions. The role promotes cashless payment options via RFID/NFC technology and sophisticated access control for music festivals, sports events and more across Brazil, focusing on strategic partnerships, new markets and improved attendee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to introduce and expand cashless solutions in the sports hospitality and music festival industries
• Build and maintain partnerships with event organizers, venue managers and other stakeholders
• Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including custom presentations, proposals and contracts
• Work with Product, Technology and Operations teams to tailor the cashless wristband offerings
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and regulations to inform strategy and product innovation
• Oversee clients from implementation to post-event support and gather feedback to improve the product

Required profile

• Proven success in business development, ideally in a cashless provider or cashless solutions business, preferably in festivals, event technology, sports hospitality or entertainment
• Experience negotiating and closing deals and building long-term partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

Required skills

• Strong analytical ability and strategic thinking
• Deep understanding of RFID/NFC technology and cashless payment systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
