Senior Business Manager – Indirect Pharmacy Channel

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Manager to lead commercial strategy and execution across the indirect pharmacy channel in the North and Northeast regions. The role focuses on driving sustainable growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening partner relationships within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
• Lead complex negotiations with key accounts and channel partners.
• Analyse performance KPIs and apply corrective actions to improve results.
• Collaborate with trade marketing, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams.
• Lead sell‑in and sell‑out initiatives across indirect pharmacy channels.
• Build and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour.
• Ensure strong in‑store execution and commercial excellence.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Strong experience in sales, key account management or FMCG commercial roles.
• Experience managing distributors, pharmacy channels or indirect retail networks.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong KPI and performance‑management capability.
• Ability to use data to drive commercial decisions.
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
• Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
