Senior Claude Developer (AI‑Assisted)

About the role

Onebridge, a Marlabs Company, is seeking a Senior Claude Developer to join its AI‑driven data analytics practice. You will work in a fast‑moving, AI‑assisted development environment, using Claude and/or Cursor to accelerate feature delivery and improve code quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, refactor and ship production‑ready features using TypeScript within a modern application stack.
• Integrate advanced AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor) as a core part of daily development, applying agentic and iterative coding patterns.
• Break down complex problems, generate and validate AI‑suggested solutions, and deliver high‑velocity results.
• Participate in sprint cycles, commit to scoped deliverables, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leadership to solve challenging technical issues.
• Review and improve existing codebases, ensuring performance, readability, and scalability.
• Contribute to technical discussions and help define best practices for AI‑assisted development.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong, hands‑on fluency with TypeScript and modern application architectures.
• Proven experience with agentic development workflows that leverage AI for planning, iteration, and validation.
• Recent, dedicated use of Claude and/or Cursor at an advanced level.
• Comfortable with “vibe coding,” interacting with AI to explore solutions and quickly converge on implementations.
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, sprint‑based teams.
