As a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator you will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel campaigns that boost online visibility, generate qualified leads and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, email and social channels.
• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, maximising ROI and performance.
• Analyse performance data using GA4, Google Tag Manager and other analytics tools to produce actionable insights.
• Maintain and update website content on WordPress, applying SEO best practices and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Coordinate social‑media publishing schedules and support content distribution.
• Build, manage and optimise CRM and marketing‑automation workflows to nurture leads.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports and collaborate with designers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer journeys.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, campaign management or a related role.
• Proven track record managing paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.
