Senior Direct Response Funnel Copywriter & Strategist

About the role

HarZa Group, a fast-growing operator of direct-to-consumer health and wellness brands (flagship brand Rejuvacare, which ships mainly to the United States), is looking for a senior direct response copywriter to own its post-click funnels. The role is remote-first and async-first, and focuses on claims-led direct response: building belief through mechanism, proof, advertorial and presell structure within the compliance limits of a health category.

Key responsibilities

• Own post-click funnel strategy: recommend the right funnel format (advertorial, listicle, quiz, long-form or short-form page) and ensure message continuity from ad to presell, sales page, checkout and upsell.
• Research customers and competitors: reviews, surveys, support tickets, competitor offers and pricing, and build voice-of-customer libraries.
• Start every project with a hypothesis: the metric or stage being targeted, the likely cause of underperformance, the primary success metric and guardrails.
• Write and optimise full funnels: advertorials, listicles, quiz flows, sales pages, product detail pages, pricing, guarantees, checkout copy, order bumps, post-purchase upsells and cross-sells.
• Work closely with the founders, then gradually take ownership of the function so they no longer need to review routine funnel copy.
• Monitor commercial metrics such as click-through rates, conversion, revenue per visitor, average order value, refund rates and contribution margin, and use the results to drive tests.

Required profile

• A strong track record in a product-led category is welcome but not a substitute for experience in health, wellness, supplements or another claims-sensitive category.
• Ability to judge whether the offer itself is the problem, not just the copy.
• Understanding of the difference between claims-led direct response and visually self-evident products.
