Senior External Auditor – Senior Associate 2 (Ribeirão Preto)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior External Auditor to join its audit and assurance team in Ribeirão Preto. In this role you will lead financial statement audits, evaluate internal controls, and provide independent assurance to a diverse set of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain reasonable assurance that financial statements are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.
• Plan, execute, and supervise audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards and PwC methodology.
• Assess governance, risk management processes, and related controls across client organizations.
• Prepare and issue audit reports that include the auditor’s opinion and recommendations.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships while mentoring junior team members.
