Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Elixir/React) – Remote (Brazil)

About the role

You will join a veterinary software company that builds tools to improve patient care, staff efficiency, and reduce burnout in animal hospitals worldwide. As a senior full‑stack engineer you will design and develop modern SaaS solutions that serve thousands of users across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of software projects from scoping through release.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teammates to plan, design, and deliver high‑quality features.
• Design efficient, reliable, and scalable solutions using Elixir, React and related technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and help define their work.
• Provide accurate progress updates and lead technical discussions.
• Research and resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay current with industry best practices for design, testing, and development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building modern SaaS applications.
• Deep knowledge of Elixir/Erlang or another functional language for backend development.
• Experience with GraphQL and React.
• Strong background with relational databases and efficient query design.
• Located in Latin America with fluent English communication.
