Senior Legal Business Partner Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly strategic Legal Business Partner Senior Manager to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the company. The role provides proactive legal support to commercial, operations, product, marketing, HR and leadership teams, helping the business achieve its objectives while staying compliant and mitigating risk.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor for designated business functions, delivering practical, risk‑based guidance.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, market expansion, new product launches and commercial projects.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, partnership, marketing, SaaS and licensing contracts.
• Develop and maintain scalable contract templates and legal playbooks.
• Manage pre‑litigation disputes and coordinate with external counsel when needed.
• Identify legal risks early and design mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR, Public Affairs and Compliance to embed legal awareness.
• Deliver legal training and drive process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• LL.B. or equivalent and admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of post‑qualification experience, including significant in‑house work.
• Experience supporting high‑growth technology, internet, marketplace, fintech or digital platform companies.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence business decisions.
• Strong track record of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
