Senior Manager, Deployment Excellence

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Deployment Excellence to lead the definition and execution of enterprise standards for solution validation, business ramp‑up, cutover and hyper‑care across its global operations. The role will be based in Raritan, NJ and will support projects in North America and LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Own, develop, maintain and implement Deployment Excellence standards and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the Director of Enterprise Deployment and Data Excellence to integrate AI‑enabled technologies that improve efficiency and predictability.
• Lead solution validation, business ramp‑up, cutover, hyper‑care and overall project/program management activities.
• Train, mentor and coach project teams on Deployment Excellence processes.
• Interview, recommend hiring, onboard and manage contract resources needed for tactical project work.
• Create and execute strategic plans for individual projects as required.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in deployment, solution validation, or business ramp‑up within large, complex organizations.
• Strong background in project and program management, including cutover and hyper‑care phases.
• Demonstrated ability to develop standards, mentor teams and manage external resources.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple geographic locations.
