Senior Manager, Finance

About the role

Ripple is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to lead Brazilian and LATAM financial reporting and support the expansion of its crypto‑based payment infrastructure. Reporting to the Regional Controller, you will work across local and global operations, partnering with internal teams and external advisors to ensure regulatory compliance and drive finance transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Brazilian & BACEN GAAP reporting, including month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close, P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis and management reports.
• Prepare and submit all mandatory BACEN reports under the COSIF framework on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives by designing, testing and rolling out automation for finance systems, tools and processes.
• Localize new product initiatives for local reporting requirements, including technical memo preparation and system setup.
• Collaborate with external advisors to interpret new LATAM laws and regulations and assess their impact on Ripple’s business.
• Support Accounting, Financial Operations, Treasury and cross‑functional teams on finance‑related matters.
