Senior Managing Consultant – Services Business Development

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead Services Business Development within its Digital Partners and Retail & Commerce segment. The role focuses on driving growth of data‑driven services and analytics solutions for digital merchants, brick‑and‑mortar retailers and acquiring partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing accounts for Mastercard Services in the Digital Partners and Retail segments.
• Refine and present the value proposition of Services capabilities to digital merchants, brick‑and‑mortar retailers and acquirer executives.
• Act as the primary face of Mastercard Services to senior client stakeholders, including C‑suite executives.
• Coordinate demand generation, marketing, solutions and product teams to align offerings with client vertical needs.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring efficient and seamless processes.
• Collaborate with Core Digital Partners and Retail & Commerce teams to support strategic imperatives for target accounts.
• Partner with global account teams to innovate and create tailored solutions for large enterprises.

Required profile
